Alpine Valley TicketsAlpine Valley, is located just outside of East Troy Wisconsin.  This venue can hold thousands of fans on the lawn and pavilion sections.  Annual performances featuring Jimmy Buffett, and Dave Matthews can bring the fans from three states. In 2009 two great performances come to mind.

Coldplay came to Alpine Valley on July 25th promoting their Viva La Vida tour featuring the "Coldplay" shaped puppets that were seen at other dates. The band had a great set list, playing new tracks from Viva La Vida and old favorites such as "Yellow" and "Clocks". The band also paid tribute to the late Michael Jackson by performing their rendition of "Billie Jean" late in the set. Overall, it was a great show for all attending.

To close the Alpine Valley summer series, the great Jimmy Buffett performed on August 29th. The show wasn't on the best day weather-wise, but Buffett did not let his fans down and still put on a great show. The concert was a great way to end the summer fun at Alpine Valley.

Alpine Valley has five to six shows per year, depending on what bands are touring through the Midwestern United States.  The venue draws from Chicago, Rockford, Madison, and Milwaukee.
