The Wisconsin Badgers hockey program goes back nearly 80 years. It was a rocky start for the program, as it disappeared from the varsity level from 1935 to 1963. It took a Minnesota native named Robert Johnson to bring the program back to a high profile. Johnson coached the team for nearly 15 years, and brought championships to Madison, Wisconsin three times.
The Badgers Hockey program is part of the Big Ten Conference. They have won six national championships, including the victory in 2006. As it happens, the Badger Women's hockey program won their national title in that same season. Badgers Hockey tickets make an excellent gift for any hockey fan.
The Badgers Hockey games are played at the Kohl Center, unless there is a conflicting event that might put them over at the Dane County Coliseum. When the Kohl Center is set up for hockey, there is room for over 15,000 Badger fans.Get your Badgers Hockey tickets while they are still available by clicking the link below.
