Bob “The Bullet” Boozer journeyed around the league before joining the Milwaukee Bucks. He played for Milwaukee during the 1970-1971 season. Prior to joining the Bucks, he played on no less than seven other teams.

He was drafted by Cincinnati in 1960 as the first pick overall. Before joining the NBA, he represented the USA in the 1960 Olympic games, where his team won the gold.

Coming out of Kansas State University, he played with Cincinnati from 1961 to 1964. From there, he bounced around from coast to coast.

In his career, he had eight seasons where he scored over 1000 points. He played in 48 playoff games in his lifetime. His only All Star appearance was as a Chicago Bull in 1967, the year after the expansion draft of the NBA. Boozer is honored to be in the Greater Peoria Sports Hall Of Fame.
