Greg Smith was part of the NBA Championship Milwaukee Bucks in 1971. Coming out of Western Kentucky University, he was drafted by the Bucks in the fourth round, 50th overall.

Sporting the number four, this forward improved with each season. His point totals went from 643, to 803, to a respectable 959 during the championship year.

Smith averaged just under 30 minutes per game and a scoring average on the plus side of 10 per game. His assists slowly increased as the years went on, along with his field goal percentage.

In the 1970-1971 playoff season, Smith played in 14 games, went 22-40 at the line, and scored 162 points for a per-game average of 11.6.

Smith went on to play for Houston and Portland before ending his nine year career in the NBA.
