Jake Voskuhl
Robert Jacob "Jake" Voskuhl was born November 1, 1977 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. From 1996-2000, he attended the University of Connecticut and was the starting center on the Huskies 1999 NCAA National Championship team. After college, Voskuhl was drafted by the Chicago Bulls with the 33rd overall pick of the 2000 NBA Draft. He only played 16 games in his rookie season, averaging 1.9 points and 2.1 rebounds per game. After one season with the Bulls, Voskuhl was traded to the Phoenix Suns in the 2001 offseason. The Suns gave him more playing time and in his first season with them, he played 59 games and averaged 5.0 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. Voskuhl played with the Suns from 2001-2005 and during his third year he had a career-best averaging 6.6 ppg and 5.2 rbg. In August 2005 he was traded to the Charlotte Bobcats for a conditional second-round draft pick. In his last season with the Bobcats, he averaged 4.4 points and 3.5 rebounds in 14 minutes per game.
