More Info
Jerry Stackhouse was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in 1995. He came out of the NCAA two years early, and made an impact in his first season as a pro.
Some called him the next "M.J." He led the team in scoring in his rookie season, but the next year he moved on to Detroit. Two years into his time as a Piston, he was scoring over 23 points per game.
The Wizards made a six player deal, and Jerry put on the Washington uniform. Once again, Stackhouse led the team in scoring with 21 points per game.
In 2004, Stackhouse started to suffer from injury while playing for Dallas. He went on to play the role of sixth man for Dallas, after missing 41 games in the first two seasons as a Maverick.
His aggressive play in the 2006 playoffs led to a one game suspension. Stackhouse is known for his rough style of play, and he hopes to bring a spark to the Milwaukee Bucks.
