Malik Allen played his college ball at Villanova. He was drafted in 2000 by the Miami Heat. This is Allen’s seventh year in the NBA, and he comes to Milwaukee from the Dallas Mavericks. Prior teams for Malik were Miami, Chicago, and Charlotte. In his second season for Miami, Malik had put up his best numbers, scoring over nine points per game. That year he also saw the most playing time per game.
Allen plays the position of forward. During the 2007-2008 season, Allen spent time playing for the New Jersey Nets. He played 48 games as a Net, scoring an average of 5.4 points per game.
